To all the staff at the AES-FA,
I would like to thank you, for the tireless focus that has been demonstrated to support both my sons fulfilling their maximum potential.
My family has been involved with the AES-FA for almost two years now and over that period there has been a number of times that I have wanted to put pen to paper to express my relief and gratitude in finding a group of people that sincerely care about my son's love for this game of football.
William has been with the AES-FA for the last two years and I have seen him not only become a more confident and improved football player but more importantly a more confident and focused teenage boy. There has never been a training session where William has left feeling disheartened with his game or with himself. This comes from the experience of the coaches at the AES-FA on the importance of always providing a negative with a positive, on ensuring constant reinforcement that "practice always makes better" and the "belief in yourself" and the "never give up attitude". Over the two year period George has been the recipient of many phone calls from myself asking on his thoughts and advice as I am new to this sometimes harsh world of being a "soccer mum". George has never once not taken the time to talk to myself and William and I can't thank him enough for this, as it has provided valuable peace of mind.
My youngest son Nat has been with the academy for about 6 months now and has just returned from 1 week in Canberra at the Kanga Cup, which he loved being a part of. I can already see the changes in him, he is challenging himself to improve his football and surprisingly his school work as well. He is becoming a more disciplined and focused young man.
Congratulations and again thank you, your effort are appreciated.
Kind Regards
Helena and Chris Panas
