AESFA Programs

AESFA Elite Academy

The 'AESFA Elite program' catering to the young player that wants more out their football game. The program runs over a 42 week course. The actual On-field hours and training scheduling is dependant on the athletes age. Each training session will focus on the development of the individual player in a team setting. Giving the players the fundamental tools to improve their skills to become a true stand out individual both on and off the field. The AESFA Elite program teaches key elements of the game during the training sessions which are then executed in match play on weekends. All AESFA Elite program athletes will train and play under the direction of the same coach to help further there progression.

To process an acceptance to join the AESFA Elite Program each athlete MUST trial! The AESFA qualified coaching team and professional staff will then evaluate the athletes individual athletic ability, skills and overall character.

AESFA Skills n Drills

The 'Skills n Drills' program provides additional training sessions open to players from all clubs. The 'Skills n Drills' main focus is on intense ball skills sessions to better the individual’s game. The 'Skills n Drills' program is developed to work solely with close ball control, various skills and, cuts, and turns whilst touching on passing, receiving and quick feet. The numbers are limited to allow individual one on one style of coaching.

AESFA Goalkeeper Training

The Goal keepers are coached by our qualified AESFA Goal Keeper Coach Trinity Allen. Trinity Allen uses cutting edge coaching techniques to implement and develop alertness, ability, strength and confidence in young keepers. Training sessions are held once a week, where Trinity Allen focus on key keeper drills to help any young goalkeeper shine on game day. AESFA and Trinity Allen together have proven they are a great team with outstanding results in developing state level goal keepers whom are in the state league today.

AESFA Speed & Agility

The 'Speed and Agility' program aims to improve players overall speed and agility. The sessions are football specific and uses state of the art equipment along with proven exercise methods to enhance players speed and agility. Plyometric techniques and drills are mainly used to fine tune the ability to cut, move side to side, and turn with out loosing correct running form, speed or momentum.

AESFA Senior Advanced (13-18 years)

The Senior Advanced Program is suitable for those serious players that would like a taste of the professional football player's training schedule. Training twice a day is all in a 'days work' in the life of a full time football professional. The Senior Advanced Program is suited to players that train with their club 2-3 times per week and want to come to an additional 2-3 sessions to improve their over all performance.
