The Australian Elite Soccer Football Academy departed Sydney for their English Tour Tuesday 17th November. The seventeen day tour will provide a once in a lifetime opportunity, offering an experience in one of the leading football countries in the world, first hand. The academy squad consist of 19 players of ages 15s/16s which all participate in the Premier and Super League seasons.
The trip will start in the heart of London, visiting the newly built Wembley Stadium then moving north to Derby City, where the boys will then compete against academy line-ups such as Aston Villa FC, Notts County FC, Barnsley FC, Derby County FC and Gillingham FC.  
In the midst of the expedition the talents will view a Champions League Match, EPL derby clash and Championship Game as well as an Old Trafford/ Anfield Stadium and Memorabilia Tour.
