Many boys of the Australian Elite Soccer Football Academy have gone on to further their football careers. Numerous players from ages 8 to 12 years have gone ahead and trialled for project 22 and Premier Youth League from the 2009 football program with the blessing of Directors Peter Tsekenis and George Lazarou.

Directors George Lazarou and Peter Tsekenis are delighted that their program has offered there students a pathway career and therefore been identified by the federation and high calibre clubs. 

The program which consists 42 weeks of age specific training including ball skills, ball mastery, technique, coordination, balance, speed, agility, game awareness and tactical awareness which has given successful trialist the edge when turning up for trials as they are up and ready for the tasks demanded in modern day football.
 
It was a preposterous year for the Academy’s 12s age group having 8 players make a Premier Youth League sides, the highest level of football in NSW.
 
Furthermore, a great opportunity awaited 4 youngsters, where thousands of children attempted to trial for the newly Football NSW prodigy Project 22. The 4 players were fortunate together with their talents to make the 7 player squads. 

Another great opportunity was raised for 4 AESFA players, the ten year olds trialling and successfully entered their local U11s Reps Squads. 
 
Three players were also superior enough to be accepted in their regional metro sides and will be representing their regional sides during the 2010 program.
